To maintain a secure and trusted marketplace, all sellers must strictly follow the rules below.
Failure to comply may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
Account Ownership & Authenticity
You must be the original owner of the account you are selling.
No stolen, hacked, or fraudulently obtained accounts are allowed.
Accounts must be legally obtained and comply with the game’s terms of service.
Any account reported as stolen will result in immediate suspension.
Accurate Listing Information
All listings must contain clear and truthful descriptions.
Do not exaggerate skins, levels, currency, or items.
Include correct platform details (PC, Xbox, PlayStation, etc.).
Misleading listings may result in penalties or removal.
Account Security Requirements
Before listing an account:
Ensure no active recovery methods remain (old emails, phone numbers, etc.).
Remove personal data from the account.
Provide full access credentials to the buyer.
Do not attempt to recover the account after sale.
Any recovery attempt will result in a permanent ban.
Delivery Standards
Deliver accounts promptly after purchase.
Provide complete login details.
Cooperate with TradeShield verification if required.
Maintain professional communication with buyers.
Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly forbidden:

❌ Attempting to scam or mislead buyers
❌ Using fake reviews
❌ Harassing customers
❌ Refusing to cooperate with dispute investigations
Dispute & Investigation Policy
If a buyer opens a protection case:
Sellers must respond within the required timeframe.
Evidence may be requested to verify account ownership.
Failure to respond may result in automatic penalties.
Commission & Fees
Sellers agree to the platform’s commission structure.
Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is completed.
Violations may result in forfeiture of pending earnings.
Enforcement & Penalties
Violations may lead to:

Temporary suspension
Permanent ban
Withheld payments
Legal action in severe cases
